We have branch offices located in Dong Guan, China and Bangkok, Thailand and quality control personnel in all countries of operation.

Our business model stresses customer service and quality control. The quality control process we have developed involves not just the typical final inspection, but rather a comprehensive in line system that starts with the whitewood and does not end until your customer is completely satisfied with the bedroom furniture they have purchased. Only then is our job really done.

We are located in Dallas, Texas and are currently working out of a 35,000 square foot customer service center. If there is a problem, we are here to address it. We also inventory spare parts at the Dallas location and can normally ship them out within 48 hours.
